The superior distiller is designed to recover mercury from: fluorescent powder removed from fluorescent lamps and mercury vapor lamps, high intensity discharge lamps (HID), etc. The superior distiller is treating for mercury contaminated materials. It will treat batches of materials such as: fluorescent powder collected from fluorescent lamps or mercury vapor lamps, burner (light emitter that contains mercury) collected from HID lamps, etc.
The system is fully automatic and every step of the process is controlled by a Programmable logic controller (PLC) which ensures high efficiency.

When using superior distiller, it results:

  • mercury (99.99%)
  • condensation (0.01%)
  • non-contaminated wastes (mercury-free)
